Hearings, bills, and actions.

Metro’s legislative record is read automatically. An ordinance is posted as a bill. A board appointment, a resolution for one address, and any other short-term rental matter is posted as a hearing, with the clerk’s title and the official link. When the agenda date is still ahead, a notice is queued for the list. No one has to type these in.

Joining the list stores your email so that notice can be queued. It does not publish you. When mail is connected, notices are sent from [email protected]. Until then, this page is the notice.

Metro’s own calendars: council meetings (opens in a new tab) and the Legistar calendar (opens in a new tab) .

Get the notice

The list is the email. A reports account is separate, and a street address stays on that account.

Match notices to a district

Optional. Citywide notices still go to everyone. A district notice also goes to people who leave this blank. This stores the email, not a street address, and it is not published.

Bills, hearings, and coordinated actions only, from [email protected]. No other mail. Posted events stay on Hearings.
